    Suddenly The Saudi Arabia’s multiple visas has closed

    Saudi Arabia has suspended multiple-entry visas for 14 countries, including Bangladesh. The new visa policy came into effect from February 1.

    The report said that this special step has been taken to ensure security and avoid overcrowding ahead of the holy Hajj.

    The 14 countries include Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sudan, Tunisia and Yemen.

    As part of the policy measures, the Saudi government has indefinitely suspended one-year multiple-entry visas for tourism, business and family travel of workers.

    According to the new rules, tourists from 14 countries can now apply for a single-entry visa of up to 30 days. However, diplomatic, labor, Hajj and Umrah visas will not be affected.

    Saudi Arabian officials said that many multiple re-entry visa holders have been illegally residing in Saudi Arabia, violating visa policies, and are involved in various crimes. Even after the period of stay has expired, they have misused tourist visas to participate in Hajj.

    Meanwhile, Bangladeshi expatriates living in the country believe that this decision may change once the Hajj activities are over. They said that the government may have taken such a decision because of Hajj. This decision may change once the Hajj activities are over.
