Rumeen Farhana’s explosive comments on Jamaat

BNP’s Joint International Affairs Secretary Rumeen Farhana has commented that there is no match between the words and actions of Jamaat-e-Islami.
She said, Jamaat says one thing, does another, thinks another, makes itself visible and remains invisible another. If we talk about NCP, BNP or Awami League; then the work and statements of each of these parties are similar. A balance can be found.
But what Jamaat-e-Islami says and does are not the same.
Recently, in a private television talk show, she made this comment regarding Jamaat on the issue of PR.
At that time, Rumeen Farhana said on the issue of the NCP symbol, NCP is a new party formed after the mass uprising. The prayers and love of the people of the country are with the party.
When the party goes completely adamant on the Shapla symbol, we are a little surprised. Will it get more votes if it gets the Shapla symbol? Or will there be a chance of winning or will there be more seats? That is not the case.
He also said that a brand becomes a brand only when a party, through its work, becomes a symbol of trust and faith among the public for a long time. There will be no more common people. But it becomes a symbol of trust and faith in the minds of a large section of the population. When the party becomes that symbol, the brand also gradually gains that place.
Rumin Farhana said, for a long time we have seen in Bangladesh that either the boat or the rice sheaf, that is, these two brands, have been completely embedded in the minds and hearts of the people. But the lotus flower is not like that. Whether it is a lotus flower or a rose, a long way has to be covered to create that brand.
The BNP leader said that at the stage where the matter has reached now, if the lotus flower is not given, then it will seem that the party (NCP) has lost before the elections and they themselves are accepting this defeat.
