The RAB has arrested 6 members of a robbery gang under the identity of RAB. They were arrested from Paltan in the capital on Tuesday. This information was given at a briefing at the RAB office in Karwanbazar on Wednesday (December 10) afternoon.
The RAB said that 6 people were arrested from a microbus in the Model Thana area of ​​Paltan while preparing for a robbery. Fake RAB identity cards, walkie-talkies and cash were seized from them. There are multiple drug and robbery cases against the arrested in different police stations.
Meanwhile, the RAB has arrested the main accused in the murder case of factory employee Mohammad Hossain from Shahidnagar in the capital’s Lalbagh area. Hossain was stabbed over a trivial incident. The accused was arrested within 4 hours of the incident.
