Rider dies in easy bike-motorcycle collision in Tongi

A motorcyclist named Ratul (22) has been reported to have died in a head-on collision between an easy bike and a motorcycle in Tongi, Gazipur.
The accident occurred on Monday (November 10) evening in the Morkun Molla Garage area of ​​the Tongi-Kaliganj regional road. It is learned that the deceased Ratul is the son of a babu from the Pukurpar area of ​​​​Gazibari under Tongi East Police Station. He was working in a private hospital.
Locals said that Ratul was going from Tongi to Pubail on a motorcycle yesterday evening. At that time, an easy bike and a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction collided head-on. Ratul was seriously injured after being thrown from the motorcycle.
At that time, locals rescued him and took him to Shaheed Ahsan Ullah Master General Hospital in Tongi, where the doctor on duty declared him dead. In this regard, Tongi East Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Waheduzzaman said, “One person was killed in a road accident. Police are at the scene. Legal action is being taken in this incident.”
