Carlos Romero’s goal made the difference with five minutes left in the regular time at Espanyol’s RCDE Stadium on Saturday night in La Liga.

Espanyol stunned Real with a great counterattack in the 85th minute of the match. Romero scored the goal with a volley from the corner of the six-yard box on a teammate’s cross. Real could not avoid defeat despite trying hard in the rest of the game.
