The accident occurred at 6:36 am today, Monday in the Belpukur area of ​​Puthia Upazila.

Railways Manager in Rajshahi Abul Kalam Azad confirmed the matter. “Three coaches of ‘Titumir Express’ derailed while reaching the Belpukur area shortly after it had left Rajshahi. Because of this, all other trains from Rajshahi station were stalled from this morning, ” he said. Other Rajshahi-bound trains are also stranded in this route. But the rescue operations started.
