Police arrest 21 people in Mohammadpur-Adabor raid

The police have arrested 21 people in a special operation in various crime-prone areas of Mohammadpur and Adabor in the capital. This information was reported by DMP News. According to Adabor police station sources, 7 people were arrested from different places in a day-long special operation conducted on Friday (August 1). The arrested are Mostakim, Abdullah, Zakir Hossain, Yasin, Nur Nabi, Labiba, Ibrahim Khalil. During this time, a steel Chinese chapati, two iron-made chapatis, eight knives of different sizes, and an iron-made chapati were recovered from them. On the other hand, according to DMP’s Mohammadpur police station sources, the police have arrested 14 people involved in various crimes, including professional drug dealers, by conducting operations in various areas under Mohammadpur police station in the capital to control crime. The arrested are Shahadat, Hridoy, Shakil, Anik, Akash, Nishad alias Danger, Shah Alam, Rajib, Wahidul, Shuvro, Tausif, Saikat Islam Maruf, Shamim and Rahat. Sources from both police stations further revealed that the arrested include regular case accused, warrant accused and criminals involved in various crimes. The arrested have been sent to court.
