Plane Crash: 5 people including pilot taken to CMH

Five people including a pilot have been admitted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) after a training plane of the Bangladesh Air Force crashed at the Milestone College campus in Uttara in the capital. This information was given by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday (July 21). Meanwhile, at least 60 people, including women and children, who were burned in the accident have been admitted to the Burn Institute. Milestone College official Mizanur Rahman claimed that one student died in the incident. He told Soimoy Sangbad that the plane caught fire as soon as it fell in the college area. He claimed that one student was killed in the incident. He also said that there were many casualties. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the plane took off at 1:06 pm. It crashed shortly after. An investigation has been launched to find out the cause of the accident. The pilot of the plane was Flight Lieutenant Taukir Islam Sagar. He was alone on the plane. In addition to the fire service, the police, army, BGB, local people, and students and guardians also joined the rescue operation.
