People of all religions must work together to fulfill the aspirations of July: Chief Advisor

The state cannot discriminate against any religion. Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus said that the government is obliged to give dignity to all religions. He said this while visiting the Dhakeshwari Temple in the capital this Tuesday morning (September 16) to see the arrangements for the upcoming Durga Puja. The Chief Advisor said, we want to build a state that the world will follow after seeing us. He further said, people of all religions must work together to fulfill the aspirations of July. He further said that if we divide ourselves, then we will fail as a nation, we do not want to fail. We want to build a new Bangladesh, where all citizens will have equal rights. Talking about celebrating religious festivals in a free environment, the Chief Advisor said, not under the protection of the security forces but everyone wants to celebrate their religion freely. We want to build a state where everyone can celebrate religious festivals freely without the security forces. At that time, the chief advisor said that no matter how many religious differences there are, the government will not discriminate against anyone.
