Parents leave 10-year-old son at airport for a trip

This sensational incident took place in Spain. According to a report by The New York Post, the couple had gone on a trip a few days ago. They had their minor son with them. While checking documents at the airport, the couple saw that the son’s passport had expired. Meanwhile, it was time for the plane to depart. So, the couple left their son in the terminal and boarded the plane. However, before leaving, a flight attendant stopped them. But the couple said that they had brought their son to the airport. A relative was coming. He would take the son. Time passed. But no one came to pick up the boy. At one point, the police questioned the boy. He said that his parents had brought him with them on a trip abroad. But his parents left without taking him. The airport security personnel were shocked by the boy’s words. They immediately inquired about which plane and seat number the couple was sitting on. According to the report, after a long search, the police found the couple. By then, their plane had landed at another airport. But before they could leave the airport, their luggage was seized. The parents were arrested. They were brought back to the airport where they had left their son. However, it is not known whether the couple has been arrested or not. Earlier, in 2018, a similar incident took place in Germany. A couple forgot about their five-year-old daughter before boarding the plane.
