Pakistan airstrikes kill 10 in Afghanistan at midnight
Pakistan carried out airstrikes in Afghanistan at midnight. At least 10 people were killed. Nine of them were children. Afghan authorities claimed that a house in the southeastern province of Khost was bombed at midnight.
In addition, several others were injured in separate attacks. Al Jazeera reported this information today (November 25) citing the ruling Taliban government in Afghanistan. Today, Taliban government spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said that the attack was carried out in the Gorbuz district of Khost province at midnight.
In a post on social media, he wrote, “Pakistani aggressor forces bombed and destroyed the house of local resident Waliat Khan.” He also claimed, “Nine children (five boys and four girls) and one woman were killed in the attack.”
Mujahid said that in addition, several other airstrikes were carried out in the northeastern province of Kunar and the eastern province of Paktika. At least four civilians were injured there.
