Md. Nazrul Islam said the murder was pre-planned. Faisal and another person fled to India via Mymensingh across the border. DMP has arrested a total of 11 people in this incident. Six of them have given confessional statements. The charge sheet in this case will be filed soon. The charge sheet will be filed in the next 7-8 days.
Earlier, while joining the sit-in program of Inqilab Mancha at Shahbagh intersection in the capital on Saturday (December 27) night, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Sheikh Md. Sajjat ​​Ali said, the murder of Shaheed Sharif Osman Hadi is mysterious. Initial evidence has been found that multiple people were involved in the murder. The charge sheet in the case will be filed by January 7. The DMP Commissioner said, “All intelligence agencies including the police, DB, RAB have been utilized to uncover who is involved in the Hadi murder. We have made satisfactory progress in the investigation. However, for the sake of the investigation, it is not possible to disclose all the information right now. This may alert the opponent.”
