No dengue deaths in 24 hours, 126 hospitalized

There have been no dengue deaths in the country in the last 24 hours. However, 126 people have been hospitalized due to the Aedes mosquito-borne disease during this period. This information was given in a report sent from the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Directorate General of Health Services on Tuesday (December 23).
Of the dengue patients in the last 24 hours, 20 were in Barisal division, 14 in Dhaka division (outside the City Corporation), 31 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 28 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 6 in Mymensingh division, 25 in Rajshahi division and two in Sylhet division.
In the last 24 hours, 174 dengue patients have been discharged from hospitals across the country. Along with this, 1 lakh 848 people have been discharged this year. A total of 412 people have died of dengue so far this year. And 102,082 people have been hospitalized due to dengue this year.
