BNP Standing Committee Member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said, no compromise can be made with the country’s independence and sovereignty. Our leader did not do that either. We are not in a surrendering party, nor were we against independence. Our leader was always for the people, and still is. BNP was, is and will always be by your side.

Seeing this, they are trying to obstruct the upcoming mid-February elections in various ways. But we want to say, no one except Allah has the power to obstruct the elections. Any conspiracy will fail in the face of the unity of the people. Under no circumstances will the conspirators win, the united people will win.
