Netanyahu’s anger at the recognition of Palestine by three countries: “There will never be a Palestinian state”
The UK, Canada and Australia have recognized the Palestinian state. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has angrily said that a Palestinian state will never be established.
The UK, Canada and Australia officially recognized the Palestinian state last Sunday (September 21). The recognition by the Palestinians as well as the entire world has welcomed this recognition by Western countries.
However, Netanyahu has expressed an angry reaction. According to a report in the Times of Israel, the Israeli Prime Minister said at the weekly cabinet meeting last Sunday, “The establishment of an independent Palestinian state would endanger the existence of Israel. There will never be a Palestinian state.”
The Israeli Prime Minister said that we must fight against the false propaganda directed against us at the UN and in all other areas and the call for the establishment of a Palestinian state. Because it would endanger our existence and serve as an unjust reward for terrorism.
Netanyahu added, “I will present the truth at the United Nations. This is the truth of Israel. This is the truth of our just struggle against the forces of evil. Our vision for true peace – peace through strength.”
The Israeli prime minister added that he would meet with US President Donald Trump after his speech at the United Nations.
