Netanyahu announces continuation of war against Iran
Israel will continue its fight against Iran and its allies, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced. He made this known in a post on the social media platform ‘X’ on Saturday (April 11). In it, Netanyahu said, “Under my leadership, Israel will continue its fight against the terrorist regime of Iran and its allies.”
In the same post, he criticized Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Netanyahu accused Erdogan of collaborating with Iran and being responsible for the genocide against the Kurdish people.
It is worth noting that a ceasefire is in effect amid the recent tensions surrounding Iran and talks are underway between the United States and Iran. In such a situation, analysts believe that Netanyahu’s comments may increase tensions again. Meanwhile, it is also believed that Netanyahu’s comments, which are under the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for war crimes in Gaza, may cause mixed reactions in the international community.
