NCP-Jamaat are beneficiaries, BNP is called extortionist: Bulu

Jamaat-e-Islami is selling tickets to heaven by going door to door, BNP Vice Chairman Barkat Ullah Bulu has said. He made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at the BNP biennial conference at Comilla headquarters on Monday (August 24) afternoon. Bulu said, those who say to BNP in this election—BNP has taken over the administration, I want to say to them—who has taken over the administration? He also said, today the National Citizens Party (NCP) or the anti-discrimination brothers are coming to Bangladesh. If they take any donation or anything, it becomes a donation. And Jamaat has automatically taken over various banks, insurance or educational institutions, that is called restoration. But if BNP takes 10, it becomes extortion. Criticizing Jamaat’s election campaign, Bulu said, “If you join Jamaat-e-Islam, you can go to heaven.” Their leaders, through their female workers, go door to door and tell our mothers and sisters this. But those who can say such things cannot be Muslims. Because, no one but Allah can decide who goes to heaven. Only Allah has the power to decide who will go to heaven and who will go to hell. Regarding the party’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, he also said that I once told him – the people of Jamaat have made you a saint of Allah. Please pray for us, so that Bangladesh is protected from external enemies. May we all walk on the path of guidance.
