NCP at Charmonai Pir’s Court
Barisal: A party delegation led by former interim government advisor and NCP spokesperson Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan reached Charmonai Darbar in Barisal on Thursday (April 2) morning. They went there to participate in the Charmonai Mahfil.
It is learned that Charmonai Pir Amirul Mujahideen Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim participated in the speech after the Fajr prayers. After the speech, he participated in a brief internal exchange of views with the NCP delegation. KM Shariatullah, Chief Coordinator of the Central Media Cell of Islami Andolan Bangladesh, confirmed the matter.
Also present at the event were Islamic Movement Joint Secretary General and Spokesperson Maulana Gazi Ataur Rahman, Joint Secretary General Engineer Ashraful Alam, NCP Joint Convener Sarwar Tushar, Joint Member Secretary Faisal Mahmud Shanto, National Ulema Alliance Central Organizer and Member Secretary Maulana Sanaullah Khan, Central Member Hamza Mahbub, Central President of Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Rifat Rashid, student leader and former DUCSU Vice President candidate Abdul Quader, and National Student Power leader Jobayer Hossain. NCP leaders will stay in Charmonai all day today. After the event, NCP spokesperson Asif Mahmud is scheduled to speak on the main stage of the Johar Mahfil.
