Miscreants shoot dead Juba Dal worker in Raozan

A Juba Dal worker was shot dead by miscreants in Raozan, Chittagong. The incident took place in front of his house in Purba Gujra Union at around 8:30 pm on Monday (January 5). The deceased has been identified as Jane Alam (34). He is a follower of BNP candidate Gias Uddin Quader Chowdhury from Chittagong-6 constituency.
Witnesses said that some miscreants suddenly opened fire on Jane Alam at night. Then they quickly fled. Jane Alam died on the way to the hospital from his injuries. The deceased Jane Alam was the former general secretary of the union Juba Dal and a member of the upazila Juba Dal.
