Massive fire breaks out at CNG garage in Rampura

A terrible fire broke out in a CNG garage next to the TV Center in Rampura in the capital. The fire was brought under control after an hour of efforts by six units of the fire service.

The fire broke out at 5:28 am today, Monday.

Upon receiving the information, six units of the fire service reached the spot and started working to control the fire. Then the fire was brought under control at 6:30 am.

However, the CNG and auto-rickshaw garage were burnt.

Confirming the matter, Duty Officer of the Fire Service Headquarters Rakibul Hasan said that the news came at 5:28 am that a fire had broken out in the CNG garage next to the Rampura TV Center. After that, four units were initially sent there. Later, two more units joined the rescue operation.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are not yet known.
