Ignoring the ceasefire, Israel has launched a massive offensive in Gaza again. At least 24 Palestinians, including children, were killed in a series of attacks yesterday (November 22). At least 87 more people were injured in the bomb attacks.
According to various international media outlets, the airstrikes damaged everything from cars to shelters and residential buildings. The IDF also targeted Gaza City, Deir al-Balah and Nusseirat refugee camps in the north.
Of these, 11 people were killed in Gaza City alone. At least 20 were injured. Three people were killed in an explosion after an attack on a house in Deir al-Balah. Residential buildings were also targeted in Nusseirat.
Tel Aviv claimed that it was retaliating for attacks by Hamas members targeting Israeli soldiers. It also claimed to have killed 5 senior Hamas leaders. It is worth noting that Israel has violated the ceasefire in Gaza 497 times since October 10. At least 342 Palestinians have been killed.
