Israel Destroyed 611 Mosques In One Year
Many places of worship have been destroyed in the Israeli offensive in the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7 last year.
Today, the Ministry of Palestine released a report on the one-year anniversary of that operation. According to the report, 611 mosques, eight cemeteries and three churches were completely destroyed in the Israeli attack.
Apart from this, it has been mentioned that 214 mosques have been partially damaged. The report also said that illegal Jewish residents in Jerusalem raided Al Aqsa Mosque 262 times last year.
On October 7 last year, Hamas, the armed organization of the Palestinian liberation movement, fired thousands of rockets at Israel from the besieged Gaza Strip. 1,400 people were killed in Israel. After years of oppression in the besieged Gaza Strip, the Israeli forces intensified. More than 40,000 Palestinians have lost their lives and more than 90,000 have been injured in the military operation since that day. Most of the casualties were civilians. In such a situation, a ceasefire is being called around the world.
