Iran ready for war if America wants to test – Foreign Minister
If America wants to test, Iran is ready for war. The country’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has issued this warning.
In an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera Arabic on Monday (January 12), he said that if America wants to test Iran’s military capabilities, they are ready. Araghchi said, “If Washington wants to test our military power, which they have tested before. We are ready for it. I hope America will choose the path of negotiations wisely.” He warned those who are dragging America into war to protect Israel’s interests.
Regarding the ongoing movement, the Iranian Foreign Minister said that armed terrorists have entered the movement. They have attacked protesters and members of the security forces. He alleged that America and Israel are directly behind the ongoing protests and violence in Iran. He also claimed that Donald Trump’s threat of military action is inciting ‘terrorists’.
He said they were targeting protesters and security forces to pave the way for foreign intervention. However, Iran’s foreign minister also commented that Iran was willing to negotiate with the United States on the basis of “dignity and mutual respect.”
