International media reports on Khaleda Zia’s illness

BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia has been admitted to hospital in a ‘critical’ condition, reports have been published in various international media outlets. They have reported this news with great importance.
Qatar-based media outlet Al Jazeera, quoting Begum Zia’s personal physician and BNP standing committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, wrote, ‘Khaleda Zia admitted to hospital in a very critical condition.’ Gulf News also published the news with the same headline on Saturday, quoting AFP.
Pakistani media outlets including Dawn News have reported on Khaleda Zia’s illness. Indian media outlet NDTV has published several news items. They headlined a report last Friday, ‘Former Bangladesh Prime Minister ‘admitted to hospital in critical condition’.
