He also said that America is earning ‘trillions of trillions of dollars’ (millions of billions of dollars) from different countries of the world through tariffs; which, in his words, is profitable for the US economy. Trump wrote on his own social media Truth Social, ‘I have stopped five wars by directly threatening tariffs.’ He wrote, ‘We are taking trillions of dollars from foreign countries by imposing tariffs. I have stopped five out of eight wars by directly threatening tariffs—if they do not want to stop or start wars.’
Trump claimed that there is almost ‘no inflation’ now; The worst in US history under what he called “Sleeping Joe Biden.” Trump wrote in the post, “The stock market has hit 48 all-time highs in just 9 months. Leonard Leo, Koch, and the countries that have used their tariffs to hurt the US for years will no longer be able to destroy our country.”
