Helicopter crash in Russia kills 3

At least three people have died in a helicopter crash in the Amur region of eastern Russia, authorities confirmed on Saturday (February 21). Turkish news agency Anadolu reported the information.
The government of the Amur region said in a statement that a private helicopter ‘Robinson’ that disappeared from radar the previous day had been recovered. However, none of the passengers on board survived. The statement said that the search operation for the missing helicopter in the Romnensky district of the region had ended. During the search and rescue operation, the wreckage and the bodies of three people were recovered.
However, the cause of the crash is not yet known. However, the East-Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office confirmed in a separate statement that the helicopter belonged to the deceased pilot. He did not have permission to fly the helicopter. They also believe that the aircraft was not officially registered following due process.
