Hannan Masud injured in accident

National Citizen Party (NCP) senior joint chief coordinator and MP candidate for Noakhali-6 (Hatia) constituency Abdul Hannan Masud was injured in an accident. He was hit by an auto-rickshaw while conducting a public relations campaign in the old market area of ​​Ward No. 3 of Hatia Municipality on Sunday (December 14) afternoon.
Hatia Upazila Youth Shakti convener Md. Yusuf Reza, who witnessed the incident, said, “An auto-rickshaw came from behind and ran over Hannan Masud’s left leg. Although he was sick at first, he continued campaigning. Later, due to public relations, he became sicker and is currently resting.”
It is learned that Hannan Masud’s X-ray was done. No fracture was detected in it. However, the injured leg is slightly swollen. As per the doctor’s advice, he is taking medicine and will be on bed rest for a few days. Hannan said, “This is an unexpected accident. The incident happened carelessly. The autorickshaw driver was young, there is no one to blame here. Although I did not immediately understand the matter, later due to the public relations, the condition of my legs has worsened a bit. However, I am out of danger.”
