Hamas returns bodies of two more Israeli hostages

Hamas has returned the bodies of two more Israeli hostages. However, no more remains have been found.
The UK-based media outlet BBC reported this information in a report on Thursday (October 16).
In a statement, Hamas’ armed wing said that special rescue equipment is needed to recover the remaining bodies from the rubble in Gaza. They claimed that they were committed to fulfilling the terms of the US-brokered ceasefire agreement. However, the situation will take some more time.
Hamas handed over the bodies of two Israeli hostages to the Red Cross at 10 pm local time on Wednesday (October 15). The bodies were taken from Gaza City to Israel.
Earlier, Hamas returned the bodies of eight more hostages in two rounds last Monday and Tuesday. However, Tel Aviv said that one of the bodies could not be identified as an Israeli.
