Former MP Of Sunamganj Mohibur Rahman arrested
Former Sunamganj-5 MP Mohibur Rahman Manik alias Boma Manik has been arrested by RAB. He was arrested on Tuesday night from Bashundhara residential area under Bhatara police station in capital Dhaka.
The matter was confirmed by Lt. Col. Muneem Ferdous, Director of Legal and Media Wing of RAB Headquarters.
He said that a case was filed against Mahibur Rahman at Sunamganj Sadar police station after the anti-discrimination student movement. He was arrested in that case. The process of handing him over to the intelligence department of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police is ongoing.
