Former influential ministers and police officials are remanded again
On Tuesday, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Shaheen Reza ordered this remand after the hearing. The accused was brought to court from jail today for remand hearing.
Former Law Minister Anisul Haque, Former Prime Minister’s Advisor Salman F Rahman, Former Social Welfare Minister Dipu Moni, Former Deputy Speaker Shamsul Haque Tuku, Former Information and Communications Minister Junaid Ahmed Palak, Workers Party President and Former Minister Rashed Khan Menon, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President And the court granted the remand of former Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu, former IGP Shahidul Haque and former DC (DB) Moshiur Rahman for different terms.
In the anti-discrimination student movement, the investigation officer applied for a 10-day remand of the accused in a total of 9 murder cases of Jatrabari, Newmarket, Ramna and Mohammadpur police stations of the capital.
