Fire breaks out at Chittagong’s Gate 2 shopping complex, 5 units under control
A fire broke out at the Chittagong Shopping Complex in the Gate 2 area of Sholashahar in Chittagong city. 5 units of the fire brigade are working to bring the fire under control. After receiving the news of the fire, the fire brigade reached the spot at around 9:45 am today (April 11) and started a rescue operation.
Locals believe that the fire started from the warehouse on the second floor of the building. However, the fire brigade did not provide any information about the source of the fire. It was seen at the spot that the northern side of the shopping complex was covered in smoke. Firefighters are working tirelessly to bring the fire under control. However, no casualties have been reported in this incident so far.
