Fire at Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant

The fire at the abandoned wood pile at the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant has been brought under control. 8 units of the fire service are working to control the fire.
The fire service said that the fire broke out at 12:32 pm today, Thursday (November 6). After receiving immediate information, fire units from a station located 300 yards away joined the fire within a minute.
A total of 8 units from Rooppur Modern, Green City, Rooppur Temporary and Ishwardi fire stations worked to control the fire. The fire was brought under control at 1:15 pm.
