Death toll in plane crash rises to 31

The death toll in the warplane crash at Milestone School and College in Uttara, the capital, has risen to 31. This information was given in a press release sent by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Tuesday (July 22) afternoon. The ISPR said that the death toll in various hospitals has risen to 31 till noon. The number of injured is 165. Of these, 8 were injured at Kuwait Friendship Hospital, no fatalities. 46 injured at National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute, 10 fatalities. 3 injured at Dhaka Medical College, 1 fatalities. 28 injured at Dhaka CMH, 16 fatalities. 13 injured at Uttara Lubna General Hospital and Cardiac Center, 2 fatalities. 60 injured at Uttara Adhunik Hospital, 1 fatalities. 1 injured at Uttara Crescent Hospital, 1 fatalities. In addition, one injured at Shaheed Mansur Ali Medical College Hospital, no fatalities. Two injured at United Hospital, 1 fatalities and three injured at Kurmitola General Hospital, no fatalities. The ISPR said that a total of 165 people are undergoing treatment in hospitals and the death toll has reached 31 so far. Incidentally, a Bangladesh Air Force fighter jet crashed around 1 pm on Monday (July 21). The plane crashed into a building of Milestone School and College in Uttara. The plane and the school building immediately caught fire. There were many school-level students in the building where it crashed.
