Cocktail explosion in front of Election Commission building, 1 person arrested

A cocktail explosion occurred near the Election Commission building in Agargaon in the capital. The cocktail explosion occurred at 11:10 pm on Saturday (October 25). At that time, law enforcement officials arrested a person named Shuvo while he was fleeing on a motorcycle after the explosion.
