Businessman’s body found with throat slit, creates panic in Khulna
A ghera trader named Al Amin was hacked to death by miscreants in Khulna with a sharp weapon. The miscreants killed the young man by slitting his throat and throwing him on the road of Maheshwarpasha Banikpara Khanabari in the city at around 9 pm on Sunday (August 4). Police said that the miscreants killed Al Amin by slitting his throat while he was passing by the road adjacent to Pallab’s house in Maheshwarpasha Uttar Banikpara Khanabari under Daulatpur police station. The deceased Al Amin is a ghera trader by profession. He is the son of Shahed Ali of Purbapar area of Dighi in Maheshwarpasha, Daulatpur. Senior police officials visited the scene immediately after the incident. The CID is also investigating. Police also said that senior police officials are on the ground to find out who is involved in this murder. Hopefully, it will be known very soon. The body of the deceased has been sent to the morgue of Khulna Medical College Hospital for autopsy. Khulna Metropolitan Police Deputy Commissioner (North) Tajul Islam confirmed the matter.
