Businessman beaten up in Barguna posing as coordinator

A man posing as a coordinator allegedly entered a shop in Barguna Municipality and beat up a businessman. The traders alleged that the incident took place on Saturday (August 2) night at a cloth shop on Bibi Road in the municipality. The traders said that on Saturday night, a female passerby hit the child of cloth trader Jasim. They had an argument over this. Later, the traders’ association called both the parties to resolve the matter. Later, the passerby’s son Sinha Rahman arrived there with people posing as a coordinator. At one point, he attacked the businessman Jasim. However, no statement was received from Sinha Rahman regarding the complaint.
