Bomb explodes in house after protesting against roaming with guns

Terrorists openly roamed with guns at a sleeping family’s house late at night in Fatulla, Narayanganj, and hurled a powerful bomb. Although no one was injured in the bomb explosion, the Thai glass windows of the house were broken and the furniture in the house was damaged. The incident took place at 1:30 am on Saturday (January 10) at Hanif Mia’s house in Chitashal Muslimpara area of ​​Fatulla.
Witnesses said that Naeem (35) and Roman (30), two sons of Mizan, a tenant of an Italian house in Muslimpara area, were involved in drug trafficking with a gang. And so that no one would interfere with the drug trade, Naeem roamed around openly with country-made weapons and guns.
After yesterday evening, drug dealer Naeem was standing at a tea shop near Hanif Mia’s house, holding a gun in one hand and drinking tea in the other. At that time, Hanif Mia’s son, a garment worker, Selim, protested against the terrorist activities. He tried to beat Selim with a ramda. Then Selim’s father Hanif Mia caught Ramda. At that time, Naim and his brother Roman stabbed Hanif Mia in the right hand and threatened to kill him and left. Then at 1:30 am, Naim threw a bomb at the Thai glass window of the house of Selim, son of Hanif Mia. The bomb exploded, breaking the Thai glass and entering the house and smashing the furniture. At that time, Selim, his wife and their baby daughter were sleeping in the house with their heads covered with a blanket.
Selim said, I woke up to a loud noise and saw the Thai glass of the window broken and lying on the bed and our blanket on the floor. Then the whole family screamed in fear and when the people of the neighboring house came forward, Naim threatened to kill me and left. Then I came out of the house and saw that the terrorists had detonated two bombs in the window of the house and the window of the staircase. Their bombs had glass marbles. The marble hit the door of the house and made several holes. Since we were wearing thick clothes, the entire family remained unharmed in the powerful bomb blast.
In this regard, Fatullah Model Police Station OC Abdul Mannan said, after receiving the information, several police teams went to the spot and seized the evidence of the exploded bomb. At the same time, no one was found in the terrorist’s house. Sensing the presence of the police, the terrorists locked the house and fled with the entire family. Legal action will be taken in this regard.
