Bill Clinton hospitalized

Former US President Bill Clinton has been hospitalized. He was admitted to MedStar Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC, on Monday local time due to a fever.

Bill Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, Angel Urena, confirmed this information to CNN.

He said that President Clinton was admitted to Georgetown University Medical Center on Monday afternoon for tests and observation after developing a fever.

Urena said of his physical condition: “He’s doing well.” He will have to remain in the hospital for at least one night. However, he is optimistic about going home before Christmas.

The 78-year-old Clinton has had several physical problems this year.

The former US president last contracted the virus in November 2022. He served for two tenures as the President of the United States from 1993 to 2001.
