Bangladeshi dies of stroke in Saudi Arabia

An expatriate Bangladeshi remittance fighter named Mohammad Milon (38) has died in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He died on the way to the hospital after suffering a stroke at his home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Tuesday (January 27) at around 8 pm. It is learned that the deceased Milon is the son of the late Nur Alam of Zahed Bepari house in Ward No. 3 of Rampur village in Companiganj upazila of Noakhali district.
Shahana Akhter, reserved female member of Rampur Union Parishad, confirmed the matter and said that Milon has been living abroad for a long time. He has been in the country for a few years for 9 consecutive years. During this time, he got married and returned to Saudi Arabia 6 months ago. He had bought a land to build a new house. But his dream did not come true. At this time, he has sought the government’s cooperation to bring the body back to the country. Meanwhile, the news of Milon’s death has cast a shadow of grief over the family and the area and the family members are in mourning.
