Bangladesh to face Singapore in the evening

Bangladesh will face host team Jamal Bhuiyan’s team at the Singapore National Stadium on Tuesday (March 31) evening to play an AFC Asian Cup qualifier. The match will start at 6 pm Bangladesh time.
Bangladesh lost 2-1 to a strong Singapore in the first leg match held in Dhaka. Song Wei Yong and Ikhsan Fandi scored for Singapore. Later, Rakib Hossain scored a goal for Bangladesh in the second half.
Singapore has already secured its place in the next round with 11 points from five matches from Group ‘C’. Bangladesh is in third place with 5 points from the same match. However, being unbeaten in away matches in this Asian Cup qualifier journey has given hope to the Bangladesh camp.
