Anti-Israel protests erupt in Barcelona
Barcelona, Spain, erupted in protests against the Israeli aggression in Gaza. Pro-Palestinian citizens took to the streets in various parts of the city on Friday (October 3).
During this time, they marched with Palestinian flags, posters and banners.
The protesters attacked and vandalized several Israeli businesses, including Starbucks, Burger King and Carrefour. Various anti-Israel slogans were written on the walls of the establishments.
During this time, they clashed with the police. At one point, the police fired tear gas shells at the protesters. On the same day, students in Barcelona also took to the streets to protest after Israeli authorities blocked the Global Sumud flotilla.
