Anisa finally deprived of the opportunity to take the exam
Anisa Ahmed, the hotly debated HSC examinee of the capital’s Government Bangla College Center, is finally not getting a chance to take the Bangla First Paper exam. A source from the Dhaka Education Board confirmed this information to Soom Sangbad. On the first day of the exam on June 26, this student of Laboratory School and College could not take the exam because she reached the center an hour after the scheduled time. At that time, a picture of her crying went viral on social media. It was claimed that Anisa could not reach the center on time because she had to go to the hospital with her mother who had a stroke. At that time, Education Advisor Professor Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar said that arrangements would be made for this student to take the exam. However, according to the DBC Online report, citing an investigation by the Ministry of Education and the Dhaka Education Board, the mother’s claim of a stroke is not correct. Therefore, no decision has been made at the government level regarding Anisa Ahmed’s Bangla First Paper exam. Dhaka Education Board Chairman Professor Khandokar Ehsanul Kabir told the media that they have no decision on this matter. However, if she gets 66 marks in a paper on a subject she could not take the exam, she will pass. Anisa was seen crying in front of the center after failing the exam on June 26. Social media said, “The girl’s father is not alive. Her mother suffered a major stroke this morning. Since there is no one responsible in the family, the girl had to take her mother to the hospital. She was not allowed to enter the exam center because she was late.”
