An unidentified old woman was crushed to death by a train at the capital’s Kamalapur railway station. She is estimated to be 90 years old. The accident occurred at around 9 am on Wednesday (July 16) on platform number 2 of the station. She was rescued in a life-threatening condition and taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where the doctor on duty declared her dead. Dhaka Railway Police Station (Kamalapur) police member A.
