Air ambulance takes Hadi to Singapore
An air ambulance has left Dhaka for Singapore with Inquilab Manch spokesperson and potential independent candidate for Dhaka-8 constituency Sharif Osman bin Hadi for better treatment. Hadi was taken by air ambulance at 1:40 pm today (Monday, December 15). Then, the journey to Singapore began at 1:50 pm.
Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Mahmudul Hasan confirmed the matter. He said that the Health Advisor, Special Assistant and Health Secretary were present at the airport when Osman Hadi was handed over to the air ambulance. The ambulance taking Hadi left Evercare Hospital for Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 1:15 pm today. Earlier, at 11:22 am, a Gulfstream G-100 series private jet aircraft used as an air ambulance to take Hadi to Singapore landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
The airport’s executive director, Air Force Group Captain SM Ragib Samad, gave this information. Yesterday, Sunday (December 14), the decision to send Hadi to Singapore was taken in an emergency call conference under the direction of Chief Advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Cultural Advisor Mustafa Sarwar Farooqui, Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor on Health Ministry Affairs Professor Dr. Md. Sayedur Rahman, Evercare Hospital specialist Dr. Zafar and Osman Hadi’s brother Omar Bin Hadi.
It is worth noting that last Friday (December 12) afternoon, miscreants shot Osman Hadi, convener of Inqilab Manch and potential independent candidate for Dhaka-8 constituency, in Bijoynagar in the capital. Later, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. After undergoing surgery there, Hadi was transferred to Evercare Hospital in the capital in the evening.
