Actor Dharmendra’s death rumours, Hema expresses anger

Actress Hema Malini has finally opened up about the multiple rumours circulating about her husband Dharmendra’s health. Denying the rumours of the 89-year-old star’s death, Hema expressed her anger and disappointment over the misinformation being spread on social media.
According to Indian media outlet Indian Express, Hema Malini wrote on social media, ‘What is happening is unforgivable! How can a responsible media spread false news about a person responding to treatment and recovering? This is highly disrespectful and irresponsible. Please respect our family and their need for privacy.’
The rumours of Dharmendra’s death have created widespread concern in the film industry. However, Dharmendra’s family has quickly come forward to clarify the truth. His daughter Esha Deol also issued a statement on Instagram. Esha wrote, ‘The media is actively spreading this fake news. “My father is stable and recovering. We request everyone to maintain our family’s privacy. Thank you for your prayers for my father’s speedy recovery.”
