A young man from Madaripur dies in a road accident in Italy
A young man named Bellal Bepari (28) of Dasar upazila of Madaripur has died in a road accident in Milan, Italy. The deceased Bellal Bepari is the son of Yunus Bepari of Purba Khanduli area of the upazila. The family of the deceased confirmed this information on Tuesday (February 24) morning.
According to local sources, Bellal Bepari migrated to Italy via Libya about 9 months ago to restore the health of his family. On Thursday afternoon, February 19, while walking on the streets of Milan, a private car hit him from behind and the driver fled. He was seriously injured. Later, locals rescued him and admitted him to the hospital, where he died on Monday evening.
Dasar Police Station OC Md. Tariqul Islam said that the incident is very painful. Round-the-clock contact is being maintained with the family of the deceased.
