A.League was right for Razakars: Mirza Abbas

BNP Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas said that those who were known as Al Badr and Razakars during the Liberation War are again seeking votes and talking big words. Awami League is a barbaric party. Awami League was right for them (Razakars and Al Badr). He made this comment while mentioning a specific party at the inauguration of a medical camp at Siddheshwari Balur ground in the capital today (December 3).
Mirza Abbas said that before the elections, some political parties are trying to scare the common people by using religion. The statements of some have reached such a level that they are talking about heaven and hell if they do not vote and are even threatening to be hacked to death.
He said that those who were known as Al Badr and Razakars during the Liberation War of 1971 handed over the people and women of Bangladesh to the Pakistani forces during independence. Today, they are again seeking votes and talking big words. Did they want this Bangladesh?
Mirza Abbas said, “Awami League is a barbaric party. Awami League was right for them. Because they cannot live with civilized people. Their voice is so loud that we cannot behave like Awami League. In reality, Awami League is a barbaric party and they are a barbaric and perverting party. They believe in Maududiism, they do not believe in the true spirit of Islam. They only have the clothes of Muslims.” Mirza Abbas urged the countrymen to be wary of the activities of these parties and said, “I would request the people to stay away from these people.”
