7 parties including Jamaat to protest in Dhaka today

Seven parties including Jamaat-e-Islami will hold a protest march in the capital today, demanding several points, including national elections.
These programs will be held from Thursday afternoon to evening.
It is learned that the 7 parties have announced a 3-day program with almost identical demands. The parties have a program of protest marches in the capital Dhaka on the first day today, tomorrow, Friday, in divisional cities, and on September 26 in all districts and upazilas.
Jamaat-e-Islami, Islami Andolan, Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis, Khelafat Majlis, Nezame Islam Party, Bangladesh Khelafat Andolan and Jatiya Ganotantrik Party (JAGPA) will observe this program. Some of these 7 parties have announced a 5-point, some 6-point, some 7-point program, but the main demands of all of them are almost identical. The demands are-
-Full implementation of the July Charter and holding national elections on its basis, introduction of the proportional representation (PR) system in both houses of the National Parliament (some in the upper house).
-Ensure a level playing field (equal opportunities for all) to ensure free, fair and acceptable elections.
-Make visible the trial of all the oppression, genocide and corruption of the past fascist government and ban the activities of the Jatiya Party and the 14 parties.
Where, when, which party’s program
After Zohr prayers, the Islamic Movement Bangladesh will hold a protest march in the northern courtyard of the Baitul Mukarram Mosque today. The procession will be led by the party’s senior Nayeb Ameer Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim. It is learned that the Dhaka Metropolitan North and South branches of the Islamic Movement have jointly organized this program.
Jamaat will hold a protest march after a rally in front of the south gate of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque at 4:30 pm today. The party’s Nayeb Ameer Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher and Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar, along with leaders of the central and Dhaka Metropolitan Committees, will speak at the rally. The program will be organized by the Dhaka Metropolitan North and South branches of Jamaat.
After Asr prayers, the Bangladesh Khilafat Majlis led by Maulana Mamunul Haque will hold a protest march in front of the north gate of Baitul Mukarram Mosque.
On the other hand, the Khilafat Majlis will hold a protest rally on the road in front of the National Press Club at around 3 pm. The party’s Secretary General Ahmed Abdul Quader will deliver a speech as the chief guest.
In addition, the Bangladesh Khilafat Andolon will also hold a march at the same time and place. And the Bangladesh Nezami Islam Party will hold a protest at the same place at 4 pm.
In addition, the Jatiya Ganatantrik Party (JAGPA) will hold a protest march in front of the Bijoynagar water tank at 4:30 pm.
