4 Bangladeshis die in road accident in Oman
Four Bangladeshis have died in a road accident in Oman’s capital Muscat. The accident occurred in the Ghobra area on Friday (January 2) morning. Two of the deceased are residents of Comilla. The rest are residents of Cox’s Bazar. The identities of the two have already been revealed. One of them is Pradeep Kumar, a resident of Ukhia Upazila in Cox’s Bazar, and the other is Lokman Hakim, a resident of Ramu Upazila.
A neighbor of the deceased said that they were returning home in their car after finishing work. At that time, their car collided with another car. This resulted in a terrible accident. They were immediately rescued and sent to the hospital. However, they could not be saved. The bodies of the deceased have been kept in the morgue of Kula Hospital. Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Embassy in Oman said that the matter is being looked into seriously. Their bodies will be sent to the country after completing the legal process in Oman.
