3 killed in train derailment in Germany

At least three people have been killed in a train derailment in Germany. More than 50 passengers were injured in the incident. The incident took place in the southwestern city of Riedlingen on Sunday (July 27) local time. Local police said that two carriages of the passenger train derailed. About 100 passengers were on the train at the time of the accident. More than 100 rescue workers quickly joined the operation after receiving news of the derailment. Furthermore, 50 people were taken to the hospital with injuries. Many of them are seriously injured. The cause of the accident is not yet known. It is believed that the derailment may have been caused by river erosion due to heavy rains.
